Cooking Classes

Beginning February 5, 2018 THYME will be hosting specialty cooking classes!  Classes will be held at 6 pm, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings!

Our types of classes are listed below along with dates.  Classes will be

$ 75.00/person for each night, and will include all supplies, recipes, and you will enjoy your creations at the end of the class along with a glass of wine.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Payment is due upon registration. We do not provide refunds, cancellations will be credited up to 48 hours prior to the beginning of the class. Late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded or credited. We reserve the right to cancel classes. THYME is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property while attending class.

February 5, 20 or 26th - Cooking with Ken and Geri - owners of Thyme.  We will prepare French cuisine!  Enjoy and learn to prepare Vichyssoise soup, Delicious and Rich Coq Au Vin, and to finish off this French Dinner, light and fluffy crepe suzettes.


February 12, 21 or 27th - Cooking with Vimal - our award winning pastry chef.  Enjoy Vimal's Vanilla Filled Brioche, Choux pastry (croquembouche, profiteroles, ├ęclair's, puff role etc.) Chocolate mousse cake, (cake sandwiching, ganache, and garnishing the cake)

February 6, 19, or 28th - Cooking with Michael - Executive Chef of THYME, a truly talented chef.  Join Michael for our couple's class -  An Italian feast!  Begin with A delicious Tomato crumble, followed by a Traditional Roman Bolognese, and to finish off this incredible meal, a zabaglione (Italian version of sabayon)
